These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Brand Intelligence (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Brand Intelligence provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • AI chatbot and AI receptionist setup
  • Lead generation systems
  • Google review automation systems
  • Custom AI automation solutions
  • Digital marketing and related consulting services

Specific services, pricing, and scope will be outlined in written proposals, invoices, or agreements.

2. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in invoices or written agreements.

  • Deposits are required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Client remains responsible for any outstanding balances.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
  • Completed work, delivered services, strategy development, consultations, and digital builds are non-refundable.
  • If a client cancels before work has begun, a refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees.

Subscription or recurring services (if applicable) must be canceled in writing before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While our services are designed to improve efficiency, lead flow, and business growth, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, customer acquisition numbers, or financial performance.

Results depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and client operations.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Provide required materials, approvals, and access in a timely manner
  • Communicate clearly regarding revisions and feedback

Project timelines may be extended due to client delays.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final delivered website or systems as outlined in the agreement.

Brand Intelligence retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brand Intelligence shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting providers, or software

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing. Outstanding balances remain due immediately upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
