Brand Intelligence provides custom digital services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited as follows:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
  
• Completed services, consultations, strategy sessions, website builds, AI system configurations, and automation setups are non-refundable.
  
• If cancellation occurs before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or payment processing fees.
  
• Recurring services must be canceled in writing before the next billing cycle.
